I want to comment on this review. I ran into this review as I was researching for customer satisfaction comments on various companies I was considering to go to get some new contacts. I was actually leaning toward going to I Care Professionals. However, the lady that has posted this review is actually the companies own Optician. In fact their company website mentions that she founded I Care Professionals in 2001. I immediately lost all respect for the company for posting reviews as if they were actually an objective consumer. I have since made my appt for eye exam and contacts with another company, largely because of what I feel was a deceitful review.
