This is probably the least of his ethical concerns. Of course,the other rats abandoning the ship will try to pile on to his problems. After all, he'll be OK! He's a friend of Angelo!

Dodd initially denied any involvement in the AIG distraction, he later said that he was pressured to put the provision for the retention bonus payment back in the bill by Turbo Tax Tim. I don't give a shit about scapegoats, it misses the whole point...being that they're all fuck ups and lairs.
