Strauss Photo Technical Service 1

Strauss Photo Technical was scheduled to perform warranty work on my plasma TV for Best Buy. They didn't show as promised, and when we called, they said that they hadn't received the paperwork from Best Buy. Upon calling BB, they indicated that the paperwork had been sent the week prior and again that morning. They then called Strauss while I was on the phone. BB was forced to wait on hold for 20 minutes, finally receiving assurances that Strauss would contact me to set up an appointment.

5 hours later, still no call from Strauss. Nobody picks up their phone either. When they do decide to talk to customers, they are rude and dismissive. Do whatever you can to avoid this company - Strauss Photo Technical sucks. They are the worst - STAY AWAY!!!
