What a ripoff in the name of 30-day Free Trial. Customer Service is the worst third grade possible ever!!!! my newly wed wife wanted to try it for some occasion and we paid extra for Rush Shipping. we ordered on Feb 27th and i called them on March 2nd to ensure hey we want this delivered by March 7th ... they promised .."YES, YES...BEFORE SATURDAY"... The package arrived on March 19th through FedEx Ground. Once you call to return there's 30 minute wait on the phone to obtain a Return Authorization and as soon as you get the RA number, she reads a loud disclaimer "ALL COSTS INCURRED for RETURNS will be borne by the customer" ... I spent almost $85 on this product of which $55 was shipping!, the supposedly RUSH Shipping, and of the $30 i'm expecting back i've aleady paid $11 to UPS for return shipping... Did somebody say? Free Trial... These guys should be reported to Better Business Bureau or something
