Tom I am writing in response to your statement regarding my review, first of all I want to clarify a few things the "boyfriend" you are talking about is my husband and he did not verbally abuse anybody you were not even there maybe if your phoney cameras worked we would have seen it was the insurance adjuster so mind your own business about that ,we are talking about your shop my car still sounds like shit when I brought it back in for the second time you were suppose to repair the back door that was leaking air per the insurance adjuster that personally came to my home the whole frame was not even straight he even said the car was not repaired properly I don't know what you did I still here air coming in. Your people opened up the inside you can tell cause you can see where they pryed it with a screw driver when I told you my internal lights were not working due to that you said you would take care of it you didn't do anything it was a waste of my time to bring it back. You can say what you want about your body shop but your the one with bad review even on the better business bureau. I'm gonna stop arguing with you cause it will never end I will never be happy with the work that was done and the most important thing from you is to make the customer HAPPY but you didn't by writing these reviews maybe someone will second think about going to A-ok. It's funny my brother in law was in a pretty bad accident thank god he's ok he actually listened to State Farm and went to one of there approved body shops his car look great you wouldn't even tell it was in an accident they didn't even have his car for a week. I guess thats why you are no longer an approved State Farm body shop because they are a good insurance company and why would they want to take their chances and ruin their rep on a bad body shop no wonder why they dropped you.
