If you're one of the people feeling helpless being stuck on your order and have experienced the rudeness of the call center... CALL 1 888 424 7623 -this is customer service within the USA and not the call center from India..FYI and if you want your money back and they still dont want to refund, please do yourself a favor, file your complaint to Better Business Beuro online, they will refund your money the next day.

I admit that I was enticed by their commercial on TV.. I called two nights ago and I just now realized how this business works to collect money. But we all learn from our mistakes, so I am not hysterical about it, because I take it as a good learning lesson. Here's how they work..

1.) you call and they tell you sweet things to hear about their product to make sure you give your Credit Card number right on spot, no turning back, after your order, you are locked down.

2.) They make you agree to sign up for membership makeup supply for $29.00 every how often as 2 months...

3.) They make you agree to sign up for "Easy saver membership card" ( You wont really need) and your Credit Card will be charged about $17.00 every month

4.) They make you sign up for more stuff for extra charges!! DO NOT AGREE if you are just wanting the package...

5.) The 30 day trial, which they avoid to say it's NOT FREE!!! the 30 day trial is really $72.00 + wasted time on hold on the phone for a sales rep to help you if you try to cancel...

What I could have done is, buy the IWATA Airbrush, and went to MAC makeup for the foundation finish..

I hope that helps for those who are on the edge of falling to buy...

This shows that it's the whole service thing that Luminess Airbush is operating.... Im sure I will enjoy the tool itself, but I regret buying it from Luminess.. I could have bought it somewhere else without all the scam hassle..

I have called today just to cancel all other membership fees that they made me sign up for, and decided to keep the product since there's really no way out anymore... because if I return it, I will end up still paying $72.00 + Shipping and handiling + time and effort...
