Dollar Rent-A-Car

I've rented from Dollar on a monthly basis for probably 5 years. At first it was the only company I used. Their cars were clean and always ready. Now I rarely go there. Two hour waits for reserved vehicles are common. And rarely the car you requested. Other companies are better.
