Tim Hortons 3

For a mass market chain, Tim Hortons is OK. I've had way better than Timmy's, but then again, I've had worse. They are a decent, middle of the road place. My biggest complaint about Tim Hortons is that more often than not, they manage to screw up your order, no matter how simple it is. Case in point: when I order a coffee from them, I always tell them double cream, NO sugar. And yet, I cannot even begin to count the number of times they ruin my coffee by putting sugar in it. Idiots!

The reason it gets screwed up is because "no sugar" sounds like "one sugar." Try just saying "double cream" and nothing else. It's not your fault, it's just that the headset make some things sound muddled- like listening to white noise or really bad walkie-talkies. :)
