This guy has hit it right on the money! They are in the business to make money not to cover the repairs. They will try every trick in the book to not cover a repair. Trust me on that!! The worst customer service ever! It took them two weeks just to give the OK on a covered repair on my car.... and would not fix it the right way but will basically just put a bandaid on the car just to get it down the road.... And that's if they decide they will cover it. You can rest assure that the auto mechanics and dealers will confirm. They hate dealing with them....I had to wait 2 months just to get reinbursed for some of the repairs. Don't say I didn't warn you!!!

We had the exact same experience. They wanted to purchase a used part of similar mileage instead of a new part. The used part was $700 and the new part was $800, I offered to pay the difference and they would not do it. My car was in the shop for over 3 weeks, when the actual repair took only 2 days, because of Auto Repair Warranty Group. I have filed 4 claims with them since 2006 and every claim has been the same. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
