Bonanzle 2

This was my first time shopping Bonanzle. The process for signing up and ordering is fairly average. The same as you would find at most online sites.

The problem I had was that the notes I typed to the seller did not go through and I ended up with an entirely different product than I ordered. When contacting the seller, I was told I would need to reship the product back at my own expense and then pay for reshipping of the correct item. And the seller was covered because she had a copy of the notes section on my order, which uploaded blank.

Lets see if I have this right:
1. You bought something on Bonanzle, the site which has more ways to communicate between buyers and sellers than any other.
2. You had to click on the item at least three times to buy it, once to put it in your cart, once to process the cart and acknowledge you wanted to buy it and lastly to pay for it.
3. The seller shipped you the item you bought and paid for after clicking three times, and you received it.
4. You didn't buy what you thought you bought.
5. This is somehow the sellers fault, the person who shipped you the item that was in your shopping cart and you paid for.
6. Because this is all the sellers fault s/he should either let you keep the item and send you something completely different or pay to have it returned and then pay again to ship you something completely different.
7. When you complained to Bonanzle and the seller produced your blank notes section in the payment notification sent to him/her by PayPal this all became Bonanzle's fault so it is a lousy site?

Did it occur to you that the notes you sent the seller were on PayPal when you paid for it? Could it possibly be PayPal that did not transmit your notes to the seller?

Could it possibly be your fault for not using the Bonanzle communication system, either booth chat or email, to confirm that you knew what you were buying and the seller knew too BEFORE you bought and paid for it?

Give us all a break and do your shopping off the internet.
No, you did not buy from me.

This is called Rate It All, which is what I did for my experience.

I had no trouble purchasing or communicating with the seller. As a matter of fact, I have since purchased from the same seller through more reputable sites.

My problem was with the glitch in Bonanzle that did not upload my detailed instructions to the seller. Somehow, paying more in shipping to and from Canada than the product was worth, did not seem like a great solution.

It seems to me you need to find something more constructive to do than dispute someone else's bad experience.
