Allegiant Air 2

Well, Allegiant Air is the Cheapest air fair, but it comes with many downfalls. I travel a lot and with a students budget its hard not to pick the lowest price. Recently, I booked my flight and the next couple days the price went down. I called their itinerary access number and it took FOREVER to speak to anyone. Once I was on the phone, she was very rude. I asked to get a price adjustment because of the price went down and it would only be fair because I booked my flight way in advance. But, she just said, "we don't do that... can I help you with anything else?.. Bye" Allegiant Air is really stupid when it comes to customer service once they get their money or really smart by playing dumb. Just to throw out there... They are RARELY on time, so don't tell your family to come at a certain time (times ALWAYS change)... Well, I just hope you get the better experiences out of this airline because few do...
