I just finished a case with the Better Business Bureau regarding this bank. I finally got back my $110 dollars that I allegedly overdrew my account by. However, the overdraft fees with this bank are $39...you can't multiply anything by 39 and get 110. Also I never overdrew my account! I keep a hard ledger that never was negative and when I went online to check my online ledger against my hard ledger they matched, no negatives! However when I called the help line they refused to take of the erroneous fees and lectured me on keeping a ledger...which I reminded them I did and that this was their mistake. So I went in to the bank to talk to a person, well they were just as rude and unhelpful. I got the person's name and told her I would be getting help through the BBB. She laughed and I just left. I reported my claim and got my money. I would advise the rest of you to do the same because a lot of claims are the only thing that is going to force some scrutiny on this bank!
The customer service reps are rude, I don't blame them though I've dealt with a few of their managers and they are horrible! No one wants to work with you or help you out. I've seen some extremely racists things happen at this bank as well while waiting in line and it's just terrible. Comments and practices that no bank should condone! I switched to TD Bank and they are just a breath of fresh air!
