"Airplane!" (1980) is a comedy starring Robert Hays and Julie Hagerty. Plot: This takeoff on "Airport" and other disaster movies revolves around an ex-war pilot who must land the plane when the air crew is hit with food poisoning. Rated PG.

If i'm thinking its the right movie.. steve martin is in it... hilarious.
