MEB are bullies, they put on a facade of friendliness at first, but they are out to rip of college kids and minorities. Their motto is to make more money where they can, from ridiculous fines and scare tactics on their tenants using law jargon so they can pay up even if they don't have any evidence.. they prey on people that fall easily, who don't know their rights and can be bullied easily; like minorities, college kids etc. Make sure you have a good lawyer if you decide to move into one of their apartments.
