I can't believe that a company that charges so much has such lousy customer service. They got my money and sent the food on a Friday. They failed to tell me that there was frozen food on dry ice in the box that would thaw after 7 hours. The box sat on my porch until I arrived home. All the food was thawed out. Inside the box was a notice that the dry ice was only good for 7 hours. Duh! That's a little bit too late. Jenny Craig wouldn't make good the cost of the frozen food. They wouldn't replace the food. They just blew me off! It's unbelievable that in my first order I've been screwed by this company. Stay away from them. They obviously could give a flying **** about their customers.

I am a consultant for Jenny Craig and If you were to join in-center rather than through Jenny Direct, you would probablly have much more success with customer service. I am sorry that you had to experience the intense ignorance of some people but they are very helpful in-center.
