Charter Cable TV 1

Billing problem - not following through on technical appointments - low signal strength - cancelling technical service calls - intermittent service on all fronts - lower broadcast resolution on supposedly HD broadcasts - and the worst web based e-mail interface on the web.

How much time do you have.

I'll be switching as soon as I can.

They SUCK!
