My wife and I have been with Geico for many years and always found them to be extremely helpful and customer friendly. If your vehicle is undrivable or in the shop, Geico works with Enterprise Rent a Car and the combined services are nothing short of exemplary. Prices are very competitive for auto and umbrella and the administrative services at Geico are excellent and obviate the confusion and inconvenience you find elsewhere, especially with regard to billing options. Customer Service operators are friendly and helpful and have all your statistics at their finger tips. Also remember this, dealing with Geico, a blue chip, has it's advantages because they have the reserves and higher personnel to assist you if you need them.
