Hughes Net is horrible! We have had Hughes Net for over five years, at first it worked fine. In the last year or 6 months we have called DOZENS of times with problems with uploading, slow speed, not working at all! They always spend about an HOUR or more on the phone and NOTHING gets resolved. They tell you they'll refer your case to a "higher technician" and NEVER CALL BACK! My husband got them to agree that they would waive the $400.00 Cancellation fee(which is outrageous in itself when we already pay $80.00 a month) if we needed another technician to come out! Well now they're saying we need another technician to come out and replace the arm that's bad, when that's what they replaced last time!!! So basically they're going back on their word and saying they won't cancel without the cancellation fee and they want to send ANOTHER tech out here when it won't help! NEVER DOES...Bottom Line: Crappy customer service, slow speed, crappy reliability and HIGH BILLS! DON'T GET HUGHES NET!
