Horrible jeweler. I set my diamond there and it was set crooked and not centered! I told them my issues and they said, "that's the best they could do" and they won't touch it anymore. I contacted my credit card company and they lied to keep their money.

I was in the store the same day you were and from what I gathered, you had it set by another jeweller and brought it in to Jewelry by Ulises to fix the messed up job. After it was reset, you said you were very happy!!!
