Courtyard Apartments 1

I would not recommend anyone renting an apartment in this building. First of all, it has termites. Second, the owner is a slumlord who refuses to make any repairs. Many units have stoves, smoke detectors, etc. that do not work. The owner has had complaints lodged against her with the City of Los Angeles' Department of Housing and the Housing Rights Commission. Consider yourself warned.
