As a dead celebrity of 'fame' this would rate higher. . .but the rating system (as I read it) has to do with a more personal opinion. . .thus a 'won't miss them' is in order. . .

There was musical and lyrical talent. . .but to call the behavior bizarre is as nice a way as one could put it. Some creepy allegations with no convictions but certainly money changed hands. . .
This one doesn't surprise me. . .a walking psychological disaster with questionable health. . .
