After being laid off in march,I started Working for a Collection Agency called client services in st louis,MO. And they terminated my employment on Monday because I didn;t hit my goals.
Collection is THE dirtiest business that i have ever seen.We were to lie and threaten debtors on the regular basis just to get money out of them.But there are lines that if a collector crosses,You can Sue them.If you got cussed at,Don't worry that you didn't record it,Because by Federal Law calls are recorded on their side and if you sue and know the date you can subpoena their phone records.Talk to your attorney about that or google FDCPA on the internet.
Also if youdon't want any more calls from any collection agency you have to send them a cease and desist letter.
