Magic Sparkle Car Wash

i went to this car wash and tried to use the automatic wash and the machine took my card charged me 10.00 and the machine stopped never had water or soap. i paid for a car wash i didn't get then couldn't get ahold of anyone to get a refund. I will never use this car wash again.
