Naruto, to me, is very annoying. I'm all for rooting for the protagonists in television shows and movies, but doing that for this guy was pointless. Sure he called on his secret fox demon power with its extra set of chakra and all that jazz when he was in a jam, but what about normal situations in which he just needed to use his ninja skills learned in the Hidden Leaf Village? From the time I watched the series up until the time I stopped(this was around the time that Sasuke left with Orochimaru to get stronger--too much side tracking of the story for me) this guy was getting his a** handed to him, unless as I said above, he was in a very tight spot. And when I say tight, I mean TIGHT! I don't think the main character of this anime should have poor judgment and fighting skills like he did. The producers of this could've done better.
