Harper Valley P.T.A.

reviewed by Molfan

"Harper Valley P.T.A."was a song first made famous by Jeannie C. Riley. It was later a movie and T.V. show starring Barbara Eden. This P.T.A. is rampant with hypocrisy which is pointed out at an official meeting by Mrs. Johnson, a woman who had been the subject of their criticism. Sparks fly.

Harper Valley P.T.A. 1

as far as I know Harper valley is ficticious. too bad cannot say the same thing about the downright EVIL P.T.A.. the song hit it right on the nail. these horrid group of people who call themselves parents are the worst bullies in the school. first of all when notices at the beginning of the school year that says "join the PTA everyone is welcome!" bullshi* everyone is welcome. the first couple meetings those phirannas are checking everyone out. only about 10 percent pass the "test" the main objective is what can they do for the school is really "what can I do to make sure my OWN child gets priority?" they are nastiest bunch of "asshol** ever. they destroy reputations. and even bully other people's kids if they think those children could one up their own little darlings. I loved the lyrics in Harper Valley PTA this is exactly the way these horrid jerks are. and sadly they are teaching their little monsters to be the same. way. walking around with their little noses in the air because PTA mommy and daddy have taught their kids to believe they are superior to everyone else. I remember in my kids grammar school they made some of the teachers lives miserable expecting them to give their kids special priority.one teacher said the principal was always glad to see these troublemakers leave the school. there is a special place in HELL for these gawd awful retches. I wish the PTA was fictional. they do more harm than good.oh by the way I give the song a four. just the PTA get the one.
