Capital Punishment (in all states)

reviewed by Silver Eagle 252

Capital punishment is used in the U.S. (it was briefly suspended from 1972-1976 as a result of the Supreme Court case Furman v. Georgia). There has been 403 executions in Texas since 1976, followed by 99 in Virginia and 87 in Oklahoma. California has seen 13 and New York has had none since 1976.

Capital Punishment (in all states) 1

Although I think capital punishment is no longer appropriate or necessary nor does it serve as a deterent, I do think that prisoners serving life sentences for capital offenses should serve their time in hard labor camps in North Korea or China. It would be much, much cheaper for us to contract with these countries to take over the care and housing of our worst case offenders.

I've been noticing - for quite some time now - America voluntarily becoming more and more like the Communist dictatorships you seem to admire.

But why would you wish to outsource the prison industrial complex?
