Book v. Movie 5

So far I haven't seen a single movie that was better than the book it was based on. Exceptions may exist, but I haven't seen one yet.

Steven King writes synopsi for films that are somewhat more entertaining.

The movie "The Bridges of Madison County" was better than the book of the same name, the acting of Meryl Streep and Clint Eastwood being the main reasons. I do agree, however, that this is an exception. There may be others. Another that occurs to me is the movie version of "The Wanderers".
