We signed up for a promotional plan they had a few months back for $69.97 which included cable, phone, and internet. It was a great deal and we couldn't pass it up. They even told us they would wave the installation fees if we were set up for autopay.
Well, when we received our first bill, it was over $400. When I called to inquire about their mistake, I kept getting transferred around and they were either rude, or clueless, or both. In the end, the guy told me that the offer had expired and there's no way they would ever have such a promotional deal. WHAT??????
It's now been 3 months later and after canceling the service and spending countless hours on the phone, constantly being re-assured that the problem will be resolved, they have sent us to their collection department. So I am in turn taking them to small claims court.
All because of what was supposed to be a great deal with a no risk 30 day guarantee.
The company is absolutely pathetic in all aspects and if I could give them a zero rating on here, I would. Save yourself the headache we're going through and never ever ever give them your business or money.
The worst company I've ever dealt with and all all around fraud!

To be honest I am completely frustration that you have experienced such horrible service, and I would love to get this resolved for you. There is no reason you shouldn’t have been able to get the promotion that you were promised, why the account wasn’t credited, or why you were sent to collections.
