Blue Buffalo Dog Food 2

Here's the deal...you want to go out and pay twice as much for dog food and get what might be more holistic or natural for your babies, that's admirable and there's absolutely nothing wrong with it. If you find that Nutro, Benefel or Nature's Choice...whatever...if you find that something else more economical (with OH NO, corn or a by-product as one of the top 5 ingredients!) does the trick, I don't think you are peeling away the health or life span of your dogs. I will not be purchasing Blue Buffalo again. Both of my dogs (25 - 35 lbs rescue mutts) have no problem EATING it...they're dogs, come on...but both have had excessively loose stools and my little one, who has never had issues, is now my gassy princess. It's probably an excellent product for some, Blue Buffalo, but...not for my household. I will keep an open mind for new products/ideas in dog nutrition, but...sometimes, tried and true is just fine.
