Victoria's Secret

After reading a lot of these reviews, I actually made an account to add my two cents.
It seems like most of the ladies who are downing the store had bad online shopping experiences, or poor customer service.
In all my experiences, in real life, with the store, I have YET to have a bad encounter. I've had a few rude saleswomen, and definitely ones who gave off this holier-than-thou aura. They're also generally pretty rude when you take stuff back, or try to exchange items...
But the store is not wholly about the customer service.
I love everything I've ever gotten from Victoria's Secret.
I have bought one item from Victoria's Secret that I was dissatisfied with, and one alone. It was a pair of panties, from their PINK line, that had come un-stitched and had a small "hole" in it. I only paid $2 for the undies in the first place, so I just sewed it shut with hardly any effort.
I've only made two returns, and neither one was for a bad product. I assumed one hoodie would fit me based on my t-shirt size, when it didn't end up working like that - I also returned a pullover for the same reason.
I returned both with little effort, aside from a bit of rudeness from the saleswomen.
Their clothes are amazing. Every clothing item I have from there has survived countless washes, constant use, and exposure to pretty radical temperatures in both directions. The glitter has yet to come off of the stuff with glitter on it, none of the buttons have fallen off of anything, and the colors haven't faded, even on my oldest items.
Everything fits wonderfully and is amazingly comfortable - well worth every penny.
I've never gotten any of their items home and tried them on to find out that they didn't look as good as they did in-store - which has happened to me countless other times, in other stores. The clothes are very true to size. They don't lose shape, even when the flimsier ones are washed with jeans, which has been necessary a few times.
Even during the sales, when everything is almost too cheap to believe, the clothes are still of the same quality. They don't pull out all of the returns, or the stained-up shirts that have been hanging for months, or the sweats some little kid spilled soda on a few weeks ago. They sell items of the same value as any other time of the year.
As far as the bath and makeup products, which few have mentioned positively, I haven't had a problem with any of that, either. The perfumes smell fantastic and last for hours, the makeup doesn't run or smear, and the lotions actually ARE super-softening.
Again, this all comes from real-life experience. I haven't ever found the need to shop online, and based off some of these comments, I probably won't do so in the future.
I love Victoria's Secret - I've been a loyal shopper for years, and I'll continue to be in the future.
