DeVry University has the worth service EVER!!! I tried to get information but there are always no advisors to talk to me and they constantly ask for my phone number and address but never call back!
I am very disappointed!

well first of all you should never assume that anyone is not fluent in anything because assuming makes an a** out of you, and if your other languages are as full of mispelled words and piss poor grammar as English I'm really not impressed. If you are fluent in a language that means you have conquered spelling and grammar and sentence structure in speach and writing capabilities, you certainly have not mastered English, and if that is your parent language you should be ashamed.
