This is big news? We hear about politicians cheating on their wives all the time. It goes back to the late 1700's (Thomas Jefferson w/ Sally Hemmings).

You're right Mike, it's nothing new...politicians (and political figures) having affairs is as old as antiquity. But this guy did shoot himself as he was being touted as a Republican superstar rising in the ranks. I don't have any sympathy for this guy, regardless, because he chose to do what he did and he should have fully known the consequences for his actions.

Good observance in any case.

Did you know that Thomas Jefferson attended that McDowell's benefit concert in Coming to America. He was the drummer for Mr Randy Watson!!
