First of all....I have to state that I adore my phone. I have the enV Touch and it's perfect. I am completely satisfied considering that aspect.
More importantly though, Verizon has the WORST customer service, or lack of rather. I have had Verizon for two months now and have been trying to contact a LIVE person consistently for a month and a half of my contract to get my rebate card pin number (only to get transferred when I can finally get through to a live person.) They sent me a rebate debit card....and no pin number. Perfect. So currently I have a $70 debit card...or rather I don't because I can't contact anyone for my pin....
YAY for bad/no Service!
