If there were a negative rating option, Charter would get it from us. For the second time they changed our account number without telling us, so our electronic payment "got lost". We got nasty calls that our service was going to be shut off if we didn't pay by a certain date. After spending over an hour trying to find a human being at Charter "customer service", we finally got someone who seemed to know what they were doing, and the problem was supposedly taken care of. That same night we got another threatening call. We are going to dump Charter and move to a satellite service.
Edited to add: We just got another harrassing phone call from Charter. That makes three we've received since their "customer service" fixed their error that got us into this nightmare of threatening calls. I am now going to the Better Business Bureau.
