Charter Cable TV 5

Their customer service representative was on the phone with very little wait time and answered my questions very well. He knew what he was talking about and was able to explain things in a way that made sense. Their service has been nothing but stellar so far.

Just curious what department of charter you work for? As if anyone would be happy with them. Do you enjoy big bills for limited service most? Or, is it being on the phone waiting to make an appointment at their convenience? Oh, I bet you enjoy the four hour appointment window. Does charter pay you to make service reviews while, not providing actual service?

Sorry, I don't work for Charter; I'm a civilian contractor working for the U.S. Army. I have had a great experience with them. Your local Charter may suck where you are, but here they've been nothing but great for me. They've been prompt, courteous, and helpful.
