After having awful issues in Wyoming with an internet service provider named Bresnan (STEER CLEAR.), i didn't think internet service could get any worse. And then my girlfriends family got Wildblue. It's the only internet service we get where we live, and its awful. The setup and installation costs were ridiculous, and the $80 a month "plan" is bandwidth cased, which is absurd. For $80 a month, we should be able to utilize our internet as much as we want. Not only that, but our "premium" internet is barely faster than dial-up, which is completely inexcusable in this age of data and technology. $80 a month should get us at LEAST cable speed. $10 a month should get us the speed we have now.

It is deffinately a scam and a class action suit should be initiated. It seems the only thing wildblue is good at is draining our money. Funny when I run MY speed test it matches the slow page load speeds, while their test says we have great speed. The fleecing of the unsuspecting rural people with no other choice. After their contract is over I am going to FREE dialup, which loads by the way at least 3 times faster and places the cards in a simple card game, on line in a heartbeat, unlike wildblue.

MY DISHMAIL PAGE IS A BETTER GAUGE OF THIS RIP OFF THAN ANY METER.

OFTEN I HAVE TO USE MY DIALUP IS JUST TO CHECK MY DISHMAIL EMAIL.

THIS IS NOT A JOKE, BUT WILDBLUE IS THE BIGGEST JOKE RIPOFF I HAVE.

WHEN I USE WILDBLUE TO TRY TO GET OR USE MY DISHMAIL I AM MOST
OFTEN GREETED WITH A MESSAGE FROM DISHMAIL THAT I AM ON A
SLOW CONNECTION AND THEY ADVISE ME TO USE PLAIN TEXT MODE.

USUALLY WHEN ON DISHMAIL I CAN NOT EVEN LOAD OR READ AN
EMAIL WITHOUT THE POPUP FROM THEM TELLING ME OF AN
INTERNET CONNECTIVITY PROBLEM. THEY CONTINUE TO ADVISE ME TO
CONTACT MY INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER FOR HELP IN RESOLVING
THE CONNECTION TROUBLE. THIS IS THE LAUGH... DISHMAIL, POWERED
BY WILDBLUE IS THE ISP AND THEY HAVE NEVER EVER EVEN TRIED
TO HELP ME WITH THIS!!!!

IN ORDER TO USE WILDBLUE TO LOOK AT THIS WEBSITE, I ACTUALLY TOOK 8 HOURS TO ADD THIS THIS COMMENT.

SOUP CANS AND A STRING WOULD BE BETTER IF YOU COULD HAVE A NETWORK BUILT FROM THEM!!
