CVS number one goal is to provide outstanding service and value to their customers — while meeting their healthcare needs and making their overall shopping experience as easy as possible.

CVS/Pharmacy 2

This morning I shopped the Padanaram Rd CVS in Danbury, CT.
Luis; an associate, was asked by Charlotte (sp?) to ring up customers today. At that moment - there were no additional customers waiting on line behind me until the point where my receipt was printing out.

Luis was demanding and rude while ringing me up this morning @ the Danbury, CT CVS. First he didnt greet me at all. Next he demanded I take certain items out of my cart before others (ie the paper towels) w/o being polite; saying "please" he just barked out commands. When he asked if I was going to use my cart (I spent over 70.00 in the store, including heavy bulk items ) Plus there were plenty of free carts in the cart area in general..
I replied "Im not sure yet.." we werent done ringing up yet.

When I placed my coupon vouchers on the counter he just pushed them aside one almost falling to the ground.
What rude and inconvenient service. The store, being understaffed as Ive norticed before did not bother me, even that I can understand.

But Luis was just downright rude and displayed such a cold & careless attitude to his CVS customers. Im not coming back here, at least not to this location anyway.

i'm a cvs pharmacist, we fill prescriptions, sell prescriptions. If you have other items to purchse not medically related take them to the front to check out. The pharmacy is a pharmacy meaning not a checkout center for your grocery shopping

Actually, jsnell2, your job is to ring up the customers, as well... Nice try, though. The pharmacy is equipped with registers that scan every bar code in the store. If the company didn't want you ringing out every item, they'd make sure the POS register would stop you from doing just that. You're just a lazy employee that sucks.
