Why can't you rate a service with no stars? eFax deserves no stars, it's virtually impossible to cancel the service once they have your credit card hooked. My advice is for everyone to STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Terrible company. There is no such thing as customer service with them only customer harassment and frustration. It is inexpensive but not even that fact would entice me to continue to use them. STAY AWAY!!
