Worst extended warranty company I have ever dealt with. Very nice and friendly when you are buying the product, but forget friendly when you have aclaim. And they don't cover hardly anything. Bumper to Bumper my butt! I paid $1399 for an extra 4 years of coverage, and they won't cover power door locks?! They conveniently don't list what isn't covered. And you can't get a refund from them unless you do it in the first 30 days, even if you have never used the coverage. THEY ARE THIEVES!

I agree and the "bumper to bumper" is very misleading. This is the only reason I bought the warranty from Auto Repair Group. When I asked the sales person, after I bought the warranty, why ARG calls their policy bumper to bumper when everything is not covered I was told this is just what they call it. Check out BBB, they have a D rating. There was not this much information available about the company when I purchased my warranty, which is thankfully over in 3 months, so do not make the same mistake. This company is horrible!
