Be thankful your dogs have not gotten very ill yet. It is not always an immediate response. My dog too started to shed a lot and her fur became very dry over a few months. It wasn't until about the 4th month she became deathly ill. Keep a very close eye on both of your dog's health. Price of the dog food will mean nothing to you if one of your wonderful dogs die or you end up having a horrendous vet bill like all of the pet owners who posted at the consumer affairs web site.
