yup. its under their contract for overdraft #4. i applied for it for the 4th time to get the protection but when i carefully read the fine print, thats basically what it saids...."without limitation" to charge what ever they want. i just closed the account right there. of cause the assistant manager did not know what the contract saids. and happily said "oh, ok :)" when i told her to close business, personal, joint and savings account that i had with citizen.
