Beware Charter uses a lot of third party companies to sell their product. The third parties often ignore their promotions. We have a $200 sign up agreement with a cvompany called Charter Cable Deals (a 3rd party marketing company), which is not being honored (promotional coupons never sent)
Look at all the terrible ratings and read the good ratings - which seem to be from Charter employees and often show their disrespect for their customers. Buyer Beware
