Wells Fargo 1

First off I would like to say, If you want to get a house and then lose it in a matter of a few years, this is the bank to go with. When my wife had to leave work with complications of her pregnancy, the money was tight, but none the less we still sent in our mortgage payments. Sometimes it was not the full amount since we did not have the all the money, but we did still send the most that we could. They are unwilling to work with anyone and almost seems like they would rather foreclose than to keep a family in their home. If they could have held off....things are better now and we could make the full house payment again. Wells Fargo got a government bailout!!!! They got help, we got "Get out!" Where the hell is our bailout?!

We've had a similar situation. We are current on our loan and have never missed or been late on a payment. Due to some unexpected medical expenses I called to ask if we could defer ONE payment. I was told that if my loan was in default they could put me in a loan modification program but since I was current there was nothing they could do. Go figure! This from the bank that got a 25 billion dollar bailout. Thanks Wells Fargo :(
