As long as you don't give them your credit card # and check your bill every month then you should be ok! I have had my share of problems believe me but they have always taken care of it but remember they dont have my card #. I think its time to use their Promotion 100.00 dollars toward your bill and 100.00 toward your friends bill! Please; let me be your friend.
