Charter is horrible. Not only do they mess up the billing(2 accounts with payments in 2 separate envelopes, 2 checks withe the correct account number on them,one account with an outstanding balance, the other with a credit for the same amount), they have the audacity to tell me i am delinquent and continue to harass me daily about this. When i call customer service they noted their error and say that i have a 0 balance, but their customer service people continue to call (Sat, Mon, Tues). Get your info straight Charter! why is it so hard so share data? With all of the financial trouble i would think that you would try to KEEP your paying customers....
