I was just on the phone with Customer Service for ONE HOUR because they are double billing me. I finally had to hang up due to being at work and will have to call back. They told me they could not call me back once problem was solved. I am so furious with this company. I've never, never, ever been treated so poorly. My advice: DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY.

Ditto.....We are usually calm folks, but my husband got on the roof and threw the satellite down. We bought air cards from Cricket. Connection is slower but ALWAYS there. And we pay month to month. Somehow Hughes Net debited my bank account 3 times in a row one month. They said they were sorry but couldn't do anything about it and I wouldn't have to pay for two months. This is in addition to talking to customer non-support for hours on connection problems!I agree:DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY
