Pretty much a marginal and irrelevant character. Script didn't give Jackson much to work with, in terms of really bringing his character out.

He might have been lacking in lines, but Anakin's betrayal of him set the ball rolling for the extermination of the Jedi and was the final piece to Anakin becoming Darth Vader. That's irrelevant?
