Rbt International 1

I actually got my plotter, but it was not functional. I was referred to Greg, their "tech support" guy, but he could do nothing. I was told by Robert Coffy that they would be sending out a new machine. Never happened. Contacted a Lynn Jones in their office, no help. This whole process happened over an eight month period. Obviously a con. If anyone is thinking about buying from them, don't.

My name is Greg and I WAS privately contracted technician for PLOTTER4U.COM until I dissolved the agreement a short while ago. I want to set the record straight. This post is the first and only "contact" made concerning the mentioned complaint. I assure mroderck that the person you were referred to was not myself, but simply someone on Plotter4U's/Rbt International's payroll attempting to stall or negate the warranty process. I AM NOT employed by PLOTTER4U.COM/Rbt International or ROBERT COFFY. I am a private contractor, and am in fact an HP certified plotter tech. and have been for 16 years now. There is no service code or problem with ANY HP plotter that I cannot repair or offer a resolution to. I have been duped by ROBERT COFFY as well and have been made out to be the scapegoat. I apologise for your loss in this matter with ROBERT COFFY, I sincerely wish that I had been advised of this situation, as I would have been able to solve this issue amicably.

Regards,
Greg
