Yes Walmart does sell one without a digital tuner for $150 which as long as you have cable or satellite that's fine. However, if you don't then you can't record over the air broadcast because there is no digital tuner. Go look at Walmarts website they sell the same one Radioshack does and won't even post a price for it because they charge a varing prices by area of the country.
