My experience is TOTALLY different from yours. I responded to an ad online by Glow.com for a free (ha) trial for only $6.95 Like a fool I responded without checking out this company. They did not send me an email explaining their terms it was on the invoice when I recieved the product. I did not read this just left in box. Then 2 days ago They deducted $96 from my bank account. They say they will refund my money when they recieve the bottles. But others on line complain of problems getting their money back. Some say they were given credit to buy some other product from them. I do not like the wrinkle cream And certainly would never knowingly given any one permission to deduct any more than $6.95 from my bank account. I do not know the exact relationship of Glow and I.Q. Derma I do know This Free Trial is A FRAUD. And I consider these people have stolen 96.00 from me. I assumend they were sending me trial sizes of their product.
